In May, we hosted our annual barrel racing clinic with renowned barrel racer and barrel racing trainer, Judy Myllymaki. This was our second year having Judy as a clinician and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Judy was accompanied by Trevor Moss and barrel racer, Rayna Rice. Friday began with a “meet and greet” session with Judy at our ranch and the weekend amounted to two full days of barrel training and concluded with a jackpot barrel race at the Briggs’ Arena in Whitehall, MT.

We have become strong advocates of Judy and her methods and look forward to applying her knowledge and training techniques to our own horses as we begin to promote them in the futurity and rodeo arenas.

We will be hosting another Judy Myllymaki clinic, May 6th, 7th and 8th, in 2011. Hope to see you there.
