“Dolly” is owned by our dear friends, Don and Judy Simmons of Whitehall, MT. We plan on partnering up on the foals out of this mare and our stallions. Dolly is one of the youngest Moon Lark daughters around, with a maternal line second to none. Moon Lark had a 99 speed index and won the All American Futurity in 1978. He was the highest money earning son of Top Moon, with life time earnings of $859,356. This mare's dam was an own daughter of Special Effort. Special Effort had a 104 speed index, won the 1980 All American Futurity and earned $1.2+ million in race earnings. We are especially excited to cross this mare with Finish Line Express, given the success of his son Larkin Six Express (barrel earnings of $100,000+). By simulating this Finish Line Express/Moon Lark cross, we feel it will lead to another outstanding individual. Dolly is checked in foal to Finish Line Express for 2011!
